CPAC-TD Leadership Program, a highly rated program for promising professionals, has helped over 100 graduates successfully move from technical roles into management positions or from junior positions to senior ones.
The CPAC Leadership Development Program is a unique program designed specifically for established professionals. It consists of three important and complementary components:
Step 1: In-class Training -Six Days Intensive Training provided by different six senior level leadership consultants
Step 2: Mentorship Component– Pair each of you a Senior Executive for two month One on One Mentoring support after in class training
Step 3: Club Membership – Automatically become a member of CPAC Leadership Club (over 100 members) after you graduate from the program
The CPAC Leadership Development Program – Class 2018 will start training on September 22, 2018. Built on the success of the program in the past seven years, the CPAC Leadership Development Program 2018 offers an improved curriculum in order to serve the diverse needs of established professionals who look for career advancement.

Program instructors include executive advisors, senior consultants, and senior university professors from well-known consulting/training companies and Canadian educational institutions.
Mentorship is a proven, effective and value-added component of the program. Participants will be matched with mentors from a wide range of industries/sectors, including engineering, finance, IT, consulting, government, etc. They are CEOs, Senior VPs, or Directors who have years of senior management experience and valuable insights into their respective industries.
Leadership Club: Exclusive to the graduates of the program, the CPAC Leadership Club provides a platform for its members（graduates of different classes）to further develop leadership skills, share learning experience and build networks. The club offers a wide range of professional development activities and events throughout the year.
