CPAC FACILITY CODE OF CONDUCT

Although CPAC tries its best to provide an enjoyable and safe environment, members are expected to maintain respectful and courteous decorum while engaged in any on court or off court functions organized by CPAC.

  1. Each club has individual guidelines for your safety and enjoyment. Please follow these guidelines as posted;
  2. The CPAC office, Conference Hall, the classrooms, the CPAC Table Tennis Club facilities are all smoke free facilities;
  3. Naked lights are strictly forbidden;
  4. Only drinking water and sports beverages are allowed in all CPAC facilities;
  5. Food and alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited;
  6. No glass containers or open beverage containers are allowed, and water containers must have a secure lid;
  7. Please clean up or report spills to staff or volunteers;
  8. No gum chewing or dropping of chewed gum in any of CPAC facility areas;
  9. CPAC, CPAC staff and volunteers, CPAC affiliates, and all CPAC recreational and professional clubs, are not responsible for any lost or stolen articles. Please DO NOT bring valuables into the facility;
  10. Children 12 and under are not allowed in any CPAC facilities;
  11. Pets are not allowed in any CPAC facilities;
  12. Radios and music are not permitted in any CPAC facilities;
  13. Unauthorized photography, video and audio recording are strictly prohibited;
  14. Participation in any physical activities has possible inherent and unforeseen risks which include injury or death. Anyone using the facility must be aware of this fact, assume the risks and be responsible for taking proper precautions;
  15. Participation in facility activities and programs, and any use of equipment are at your own risk;
  16. We strongly recommend that all individuals involved in our activities carry appropriate identification in case of emergency;
  17. Proper behavior is required at all times in the facility. The following activities are not permitted and will result in suspension, expulsion or termination of CPAC and/or Club membership and/or use of the facility:
  • Fighting or Issuing threats
  • Gambling
  • Stealing
  • Property damage or vandalism
  • Loitering (inside or outside of the facility)
  • Disorderly conduct
  • Horseplay
  • Littering
  • Spitting
  • Foul language and indecent conduct

18. CPAC reserves the right to resolve the conflicts, and to eject the perpetrators;
19. CPAC staff reserve the right to add, amend or delete rules as necessary;
20. These Regulations are subject to change without notice. The Regulations are in effect and have been posted on the Club bulletin boards and on the CPAC website.
