Volunteers Wanted for 2018 CPAC Professionals Day Career Conference & Job Fair
CPAC’s annual Professionals Day is one of the largest career development events for professionally educated immigrants in Toronto, attended by locally and internationally educated professionals, employers, and service providers from a wide range of industries across the Greater Toronto Area. 2018 will be the 17th year for this event.
The 2018 CPAC Professionals Day Career Conference & Job Fair will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.
Volunteer Opportunity
Volunteer roles include:
- Event setup & take down
- Registration
- Keynote/break-out session monitor and coordination
- Job Fair/Marketplace monitor and coordination
- Greeters/Ushers
Date: Saturday, September 29, 2018
Shift Times: 8:30am-1:30pm (15 openings) or 12:00pm-5:00pm (15 openings)
Location: Metro Toronto Convention Centre – North Building (255 Front Street West, Toronto, ON)
We are looking for volunteers who are fluent in English, detail-oriented and flexible to assist in this event.
Two TTC tokens, lunch and volunteer reference letter will be provided.
Training will take place on Friday, September 21, 2018 from 5:30pm-6:30pm at the CPAC office (4150 Finch Ave E. Toronto ON M1S 3T9) and includes a light dinner.
